Wennerstr\u00f6m Ljuskontroll AB with a new strong owner<\/h2>\n

During an expansionary phase characterized by entry into new markets and the development of the customer offering Wennerstr\u00f6m Ljuskontroll AB (WLK) has now signed an agreement for sale to the industrial group Indutrade AB (publ).<\/p>\n

The new ownership opens up new opportunities and investments in several areas where overall solutions using IP technology are crucial for continued relevance to the professional lighting market.<\/p>\n

After the acquisition, WLK will be part of the Industrial Components business area within Indutrade, but will operate as an independent company with decentralized ownership, according to Indutrade’s acquisition strategy.
\n– “Nothing in our daily business, organization or market focus is affected by the sale,” says WLK CEO Peder Nordenback. Instead, we get a long-term owner who provides wide industrial skills and strong financial standing. It will be a great support in our continued trip for growth and will allow us to increase the pace. With the forthcoming IP technology from Tridonic in combination with WLK’s new organization, we can offer Products, System solutions and Services that are completely in line with Indutrade’s business model,” continues Peder Nordenback.<\/em><\/p>\n

Indutrade’s acquisition also includes Welight AB and Wallcom AB. Also this business will continue with the same organization and focus on product development as today.<\/p>\n
